Starting at 10.30am from Treacys Cross which is the Cross roads up near Carrigmaclear and the Mass rock entrance.
The finishing point is on the road to Kilcash near Joe Brennans or Sliabh na mBan Yoga.
Please bring a hi vi’s if you have one and note the earlier starting time of 1030.
